We had a fantastic time at the lake house. Everything was fantastic, the hosts were great and accommodating. The property was well maintained and I have nothing bad to say about the house or lakeside property. I would be glad to stay again!

We’ve stayed at Jim’s place before and we always enjoy it. Everything was just as nice as when we have been in the past. The location is great, very close to the Chautauqua marina and Barney’s ice cream. We will be coming back again next year.

Jim and Ulrika were very proactive. When we made our reservation, we had a misunderstanding about their place. It was my mistake, and they immediately called us to make sure we understood. IT worked out fine but it was so nice that they made sure that even before we finalized everything that it was what we were looking for. The place is clean and updated and has a beautiful window looking directly at the lake. The boat dock was very helpful as we brought our boat and had a great time. They provide a litany of activities and helpful local suggestions that we tried to take advantage of as many as we could! We had a wonderful welcome basket of fruit and snacks that was very timely as we arrived. We hope to be back!!!

We had a great time. The house was what we were looking for. The host was very friendly and helpful. My grandkids loved the fishing and kayaking. We looking forward to comeback next year at the same time. Thank you again.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family! Plenty of room for all of us, beautiful lakefront property. We spent almost every day fishing, swimming and kayaking! There is tons to do in the area - you can really do as much or as little as you want! The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and was extremely clean! We even got to meet our hosts as we were checking out!! Such nice people! Hoping we can book this again next summer and many more to come!! 10/10⭐️
